From San Francisco (approx. 45 miles north): Take US-101 North toward Santa Rosa. Exit at East Washington Street in Petaluma. Turn left onto East Washington Street, then right onto Petaluma Boulevard South. Continue to C Street and turn left. Our facility is at 107 C St on the right.
From Santa Rosa (approx. 30 miles south): Take US-101 South. Exit at East Washington Street in Petaluma. Turn right onto East Washington Street, then right onto Petaluma Boulevard South. Continue to C Street and turn left. MTH Rehab is at 107 C St.
From Napa (approx. 30 miles west): Take CA-121 South to CA-116 West toward Petaluma. Follow CA-116 into downtown Petaluma. Turn right onto C Street. Our facility is at 107 C St.
